Information is used to provide the service, manage accounts, process subscriptions, generate lesson plans, provide support, monitor errors, and improve the app.
Lesson inputs and selected resource text may be sent to Chat GPT to generate or revise lesson plan content. Teachers should avoid uploading unnecessary personal or sensitive information.
Users may request deletion of uploaded resources, support attachments, and account data through the support page. Some records may be retained for billing, security, or legal purposes.
We use reasonable technical controls, but no online system is perfectly secure, because the internet is a crowded hallway with locks.
